As part of our retail team, you will represent the Ettitude brand by providing exceptional support to all of our customers from the moment they step into the store until the moment they leave. You are a team player who enjoys interfacing with customers and sharing product knowledge.

We’re looking for two sales associates and one manager to be the face of Ettitude for our first pop-up launch in Venice, CA. You will be a key player in expanding Ettitude’s offline presence by setting the foundation for our future retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide an exceptional, uniquely Ettitude customer service to every customer who engages with the store.
• Maintain the highest level of product knowledge and expertise. Help customers navigate through the popup shop experience--product education, product benefit and brand values.
• Maintain the integrity of the space by sweeping and mopping daily, steaming the bedding and sleepwear, and taking out the garbage.
• Work in-store programs and events as needed (up to 2-3 nights / week).
• Count the inventory and restock 2x / week in our local storage unit ½ mile away from the store.
• Note trending customer behavior in our Shop notes and report findings to our customer experience team.
• Help achieve daily and weekly sales, email collection and social sharing targets by meeting customer needs in store and/or follow-up after initial interaction.
• During slow hours, follow-up with customers through clienteling software.
• Engage in hospitality moments in store to lure in customers through high-level service like coffee and tea.

Requirements
• 2-3 years retail experience, 4+ for store manager role
• Strong, enthusiastic communicator with a passion for people
• Maintains cool under pressure
• An efficient and effective problem-solver with an eye for detail
• Self-starter with a positive attitude--ability to quickly tackle both small and large tasks
• Eager to be at the frontline of a fast-paced and growing company
• Loves to talk, listen and learn

Hours & Details
Store Opening Hours: Monday - Thursday 11am-7pm, Saturday and Sunday 10-7pm.
1 weekly call will take place from 9:30 - 9:45 on Fridays. (Paid time)
