Greenfly is growing like a rocket and is looking for an account-based marketing pro to add fuel our sales pipeline. Our enterprise SaaS platform is helping some of the world’s biggest sports leagues and teams monetize their digital media inventory and power more fan engagement through their sponsors, broadcasters, and athletes.

We’re looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to lead our demand gen and global ABM programs targeted at sports properties. The right candidate has an enormous potential to grow here.

If you are a “full-stack” B2B marketer with skills in ABM, ABA, inbound marketing, content marketing, and account nurturing then you could be an excellent fit. You’re comfortable working in a rapidly evolving startup environment, creating organization and refining and optimizing processes. You’ll own campaign strategy and execution and roll-up your sleeves and get hands-on with program creation.

You’ll plan campaigns targeting sports marketers, create multi-channel campaigns with the creative and content teams, and continuously test and optimize results. You’ll coordinate all paid and owned channels, including email, events, paid search, social, and web. You’ll manage the distribution of a robust content marketing program that includes a blog, whitepaper downloads, case studies and videos.

You Will

  • Build more sales pipeline
  • Plan, communicate, execute and measure cross-channel ABM campaigns
  • Be the hub that coordinates our creative, content, SDR, and marketing operations teams to plan, build and execute campaigns
  • Manage a campaign calendar that delivers a steady cadence of programs, collateral, events, and speaking engagements
  • Oversee conference and event management with lead followup and nurture
  • Analyze and communicate campaign performance to marketing, leadership and sales
  • Effectively measure progress towards funnel metrics, penetration of target accounts, and optimize efforts to achieve goals
  • Help map our buyer's journey and work with a cross-functional team to build out and optimize each step

  • Curious - you like to experiment with new tools & techniques, run A/B tests, try different channels, and target different audiences to see what works best
  • Collaborative, and love working with sales teams as well as product experts
  • Organized - you have the ability to multitask.
  • Detail-oriented - you’re mildly annoyed when something is out of place.
  • A self-starter - you’re comfortable working on your own while keeping a cross-functional team accountable to a schedule
  • A clear, thoughtful communicator
  • Driven by metrics - you love to measure your success every day

You Have

  • A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 4-7 years of experience working building scalable demand gen / ABM programs
  • 2+ enterprise experience targeting brand marketing or social media teams at enterprises
  • Proven expertise driving new opportunities for a growing sales team
  • Proficiency using Salesforce, Marketo, Drift, and Outreach.io (or equivalents)
  • Proficiency with project management tools like Asana
  • Top-notch writing and/or editing skills
  • Outstanding project management skills
  • Experience with B2B - selling technology to large enterprises

Location

  • Remote - anywhere in the USA. Must have a suitable home office.
  • We'd love for you to work from our Santa Monica or New York offices, or at least visit 1x per quarter. Our downtown Santa Monica HQ is at the center of the LA tech community.
