Flowspace is hiring a dynamic Sales Training Manager to join their team!

You’ve been a top performing sales rep in the past with strong fundamentals from preparation and planning, to discovery, to presentations, recommendations and closing skills. You have experience conducting initial and ongoing training with sales teams. Sales management experience is a plus! You are self motivated, self starter who can integrate effortlessly into a fast moving current company culture. You are inquisitive, constantly discovering, asking why and how, and documenting best practices. You have strong technological skills, building sales decks, working with sales enablement tools such as Salesforce and various enablement applications. You are a great writer with impeccable written communication skills and a dynamic speaker.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial sales training for all newly hired Account Executives and Account Managers
  • Conduct ongoing refresher training for the sales team
  • Document the existing sales process and work with senior sales leadership to build out the approved sales process, including owning all sales decks, sales lyrics, live demo flow, sales aids, and steps of the sale.
  • Sit with sales team members on sales calls, coaching and advising.
  • Follow your new hires to the sales floor and phones to ensure their post IST success!
  • You will be the the single source of the the sales process and be constantly iterating and improving based upon best practices in the organization.
  • You will be an integral part of the leadership team to help make decisions on every facet of the sales organization. 
  • You will roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to be successful, including conducting sales calls to establish your own personal credibility and to assess our practices and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years experience as a top performing Sales Executive
  • 1+ years experience as a Sales Trainer
  • Extensive experience using Salesforce CRM
