Director of Sales Western Region
Role & Responsibilities:
Full-cycle enterprise sales (prospect to close) role owning and managing a National region in which you reside.
Build relationships with Benefits, Rewards and HR decision makers via outbound efforts (phone, email, and social media) and industry events/conferences.
Deliver high quality demonstration of our solution value/ROI remotely and in-person
Challenge prospective customer’s industry perception / status quo
Partner within sales org. on other opportunities and with wider firm to provide insights
Build and progress pipeline with purpose and realistic view on outcomes
Be a center of market condition expertise within financial health & wellness
Be responsible and accountable for personal targets and goals
Work closely with Customer Success teams to provide seamless implementations and launches
Background/Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in enterprise sales ideally within a high-growth, tech or startup environment.
Mission oriented, team-focused outlook with solution-based approach to challenges
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication abilities
Thrives in a fast-moving, constantly changing environment
Ability to present an engaging narrative to every level of the purchase hierarchy
Commercially competitive and creative approach to pipe progression.
Comfortable in a high-velocity sales environment with large goals and targets
