- Manage significant growth and budgeted profitability of direct sales on cross border sites
- Work closely with the product and category marketing and promotions team
- Collaborate with the global team to manage all operational aspects of cross border fulfillment from catalog set-up to order processing and returns management
- Study, analyze and implement local sourcing, stocking and virtual fulfillment options if determined feasible, competitive, profitable and in the best interest of local customers
- Coordinate all system and site enhancements as it pertains to direct cross border sales, promotion and merchandising requirements
