About the Job.
We are looking for a Digital Media Planner to join our team. In this role, you will prepare and deliver strategic proposal documents encompassing our full suite of media and SaaS offerings for both brands and agencies.
What you’ll be doing:
Working alongside Sales to generate proposals (PPT + media plans) in response to RFPs from advertisers and agencies
Managing proposal process with the Creative team and sharing seller feedback
Leading creation of digital media plans and presentations
Assessing accurate media forecasts across different products and data
Coordinating internal inventory management system and research materials
Preparing internal and external insertion orders
Formulating digital media strategies that fulfill client business and media objectives
Creating and maintaining appropriate proposal templates and materials to be utilized as needed
Working closely with Product to provide feedback loop of marketplace demands to Gimbal products
Providing detailed notes on campaigns to Account Managers for seamless transfer of knowledge
Acting as the point person for the Sales team for product, operational, and finance-related questions
Staying current on industry news and client activity to share with Sales team

What you have:
1-3 years of digital media experience, preferably with programmatic advertising
Background at an ad agency, digital publisher, or adtech company
Experience working with media plans across multiple vendors/clients and sellers, developing proposals that address the needs of our partners
Strong experience in the Google Suite, PowerPoint, and Excel
Understanding of agency landscape
SaaS or Social experience a plus
