Clinical Consultant
Description:
As the head of sales for a BSG Outpost, this position requires an outgoing, energetic yet humble and sympathetic personality whose focuses on effective sales by advocacy and never by pressure. This position assumes responsibility for a BSG Outpost sales funnel for converting high ticket and often long lead time medical treatments, and is supported by a Sales Development Rep whose responsibility is to convert inbound leads into consultations. The Clinical Consultant requires an individual to be a great listener with strong customer relationship building skills in order to successfully nurture a long lead pipeline. The position educates and informs clients about the solutions and best treatment options that BSG may offer them, and supports them in their journey to book procedures. The role requires tracking and monitoring customer leads, performing customer consultations alongside the doctor, providing customer quotes, post-consultation follow-up, converting consults into bookings, oversee and direct SDR, and reporting KPI’s.
Requirements:
Sales, customer service, and client advocacy experience. Must be pragmatic, genuine, outgoing, ethical, team player, and highly motivated. Additionally must be well organized, positive, team player, as well as embody the BSG vision of self-improvement/betterment. A self-starter who can multitask and go above and beyond without needing to be asked. Team player excited to work in a fast growing startup with uncapped earning potential and potential for internal promotion as higher level sales positions are created. Five years minimum of sales history required and experience in managing sales funnels/CRMs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Full-time in BSG Outpost seeing consultations alongside Staff Doctor
Educate/Advocate/Inform customers of the best options for their needs
Manage sales funnel and optimize pipeline tasks and protocols in CRM
Manage SDK(s) with weekly 1:1’s and help them optimize their lead to consult pipeline
Produce and send formal weekly updates on slack with sales KPIs for own funnel as well as SDK’s funnel
Coordinate booked procedures with Outpost Manager for scheduling
