We are looking for a high energy person to take on our US based call center. Here's what the job looks like:
- Weekly calls with enterprise clients to go over KPI's goals and metrics
- On-boarding new accounts
- Training new reps
- Writing call flows
- Secret shopping the call center and reporting on quality and opportunities for improvement
We are looking for someone with experience and passion for customer service who is looking for an opportunity to take on a management and operations role as the next step in their career. If you have direct experience with call centers that is a huge plus!

Salary: $60-75 depending on experience
