The job requires a wide set of skills, including top-notch interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal, a business mindset, a keen understanding of a sales process, and genuine empathy for entrepreneurs and the challenges they go through. - Experience or knowledge of the US startup ecosystem, ideally with an existing network.
- An eye for detail, you write compelling proposals and presentations and are confident speaking to C-level executives and founders 1:1 or in a group setting.
- Familiar with early-stage investment activity, how it works, and who plays in the space.
- Team player, able to collaborate with and support members of other teams to achieve the same goal.
- Willing to travel occasionally for conferences, pitch events, trade shows, training, and other crowdfunding initiatives (as available).
Nice to haves:
- Experience working with a CRM (ideally Hubspot).
