Role Overview
InStride is looking for a Business Development Representative Manager to join the team. This individual will play a vital role in leading the BDR team, and building & generating demand across the InStride corporate business development team.
Responsibilities
•Lead a team of BDR's (Business Development Representatives), conducting continuous training and coaching to reach sales KPI's and goals
•Developing a book of business, closely following daily and weekly KPI's defined in parallel to company sales goals
•Focus on personally and professionally developing the BDR team, with the intention of preparing and coaching the next generation of executives and leaders across InStride
•Lead specific projects focused on the evolution of the entire B2B structure as a whole, focus on increasing efficiency, scale, effectiveness and excellence (new tools, new strategies, relationship with other partnering areas of interest, etc.)
Ideal Candidate
•Bachelor's Degree
•Experience in Account Based Selling in a complex and consultative sales environment
•1-3 years' experience in business development, sales, corporate relationship management or account management
•An understanding of the Predictable Revenue model and hyper-growth outbound sales organizations
