Our Business Development Manager plays a key role in recruiting and developing new Independent Sales Organizations (ISO), Agents, and other strategic partnerships. Experience with B2B.

Researching organizations and individuals online (utilizing social media) to identify new leads and contacting potential customers via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings. You will develop and maintain relationships with current and new sales partners to promote Fundomate's value proposition and brand image as well as attend industry events.

We are looking for an energetic Business Development Manager to grow our product. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal. You will ensure proper after-sales service. Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
  • Present our company to potential clients
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
  • Report to the VP of Business Development on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
  • Assist our VP of Business Development with marketing and sales projects including campaigns, trade shows, events, etc

Skills

  • Proactive, goal-oriented, self starter,
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • At least 1+ years of Business Development experience preferably within the online payments industry
  • Confident, fun, friendly and most importantly business savvy understanding different business models and business needs
  • Ability to have serious conversations around technical subjects
