We are the cannabis industry’s hiring resource. In the last two years through direct hire, Vangst Gigs and our job board, we’ve connected over 10,000 people with jobs in the cannabis industry. Our team has grown from a team of one to a team of fifty with plans to hit seventy-five by the end of the year. We currently have over 150 gig employees between Colorado and California, and are looking for a rockstar Recruiter to help drive business us as we rapidly expand into new markets.

What you will do:

  • Manage a full cycle recruitment process to fill a high volume of contractors and direct-to-hire candidates.

  • Work with Vangst Business Development Managers to perform position intake sessions to gain an understanding of our client needs and their open position.

  • Source a high volume of candidates through messaging candidates on Linkedin Recruiter, Vangst internal CRM, networking events and other available platforms.

  • Remain in constant communication with our clients, keeping them up to date on the status of the search and pipeline.

  • Coordinate, prep, debrief from both client and candidate interviews.

  • Provide a high-level of customer experience to the recruiting process, working to build long-term relationships with strong candidates.

What you will need to be successful in this role:

  • 2+ years of high volume contract recruiting experience and proven success hitting quotas and performance metrics.

  • Ability to identify top talent and understand what each candidate brings to the table to place them with the best opportunity available.

  • Executive presence; ability to communicate at the most senior level and work with teams across multiple time-zones and offices.

  • Ability to prioritize and to collaborate with other team members to build strategy, maximize pipeline productivity and effectively fill all contract roles.
