About the Broker Channel Manager at Headspace:

We are seeking an experienced business development lead for our Broker and Consultant Channel with a proven track record of attracting best-in-class partners, structuring winning relationships and delivering results. This position will define the channel strategy, growth strategies and executional plan to maximize repeatable software and services revenue. A command of the corporate wellness space, digital health ecosystem and business drivers is vital to success in this role. An ideal candidate is experienced in managing the Broker and Consultant landscape, skilled in new business development, client presentations and working closely with the Account Executive team for high-performance.

We are open to this role being based in our office locations in San Francisco, New York or Los Angeles.

How your skills and passion will come to life at Headspace:

  • Responsible for development and management of Broker and Consultant partnership channel. 
  • Develop growth strategies and execution plans that deliver on business goals and achieve annual revenue targets.
  • Proven track record of activating Broker and Consultant partnerships to accelerate adoption and drive utilization of digital health software solutions.
  • Present the H4W platform to key consultant and broker stakeholders to build awareness about the H4W solution, capabilities, and competitive differentiation to expand the broader conversation around mental health strategies with key innovation leaders in the benefit broker space.
  • Skilled in structuring contracts and negotiating business terms that maximize preferred and referral business partnerships.
  • Create increased down funnel leads for the H4W AE team.
  • Participate in weekly pipeline reviews to report, track and monitor progress to goal.
  • Work closely with Account Executives and the post-sale team on delivering value to the end client and promoting high-performance.
  • Ensure partner satisfaction.
  • A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders on business-building and process improvement initiatives to support growth and scale.

What you’ve accomplished:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related discipline is required
  • 7+ years in channel development and/or partnership roles
  • A demonstrated ability to achieve revenue goals
  • Experience in corporate wellness, digital health and enterprise software 
  • Healthcare SaaS experience, a plus 
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and forecasting tools
  • Proven track record of commercial success in a digital health organization focused on data-driven health improvement and outcomes
  • Strong interpersonal and team building skills; ability to work with a diverse team and influence/drive change across functional and business unit boundaries
  • Effective communication and presentation skills

We're located in the heart of Santa Monica on Michigan + Cloverfield, just off the 10 freeway. Bergamont train station is right behind our office.
