PaymentCloud is hiring an experienced, motivated executive-level professional to drive partnerships in the enterprise level fintech and SAAS space. Experience working in the technology sector is a must. Someone who thrives on making connections and driving growth in a startup atmosphere is a must. This individual will be reporting directly to the executive team here at PaymentCloud. 

The B2B BD Lead will add value by reaching out on our behalf to set up exploratory meetings with new companies, keeping up with current large partners, and staying on top of outreach goals set throughout the year. He/She will oversee the strategic development of the B2B referral partner channel. He/she must have a proven track record of building relationships and partnerships in a similar business setting.

Requirements Include:

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Development
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Recent experience developing new sales strategy with proven success
  • Ability to set, manage, and exceed goals
  • Strong collaborative approach
  • Sales-focussed attitude
  • The ideal candidate would have an understanding of finance/ technology/ payments
  • Self-motivated, growth-driven, strong work ethic

Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and follow through with sales and outreach strategy with the executive team
  • Structure strategic partnerships in a variety of verticals
  • Generating revenue through evolving terms, deals, and partnerships
  • Display creativity in approaching potential opportunities
  • Identifying decision-makers and influencers (knock down walls and barriers) 
  • Leverage social media platforms and interpersonal connections to generate new opportunities
