About the position
Our Inside Sales Representative is the first point of contact with our business owners and sets the foundation for the ForwardLine experience. The ability to connect and build value with a customer, over the phone, in a short period of time is key to success in this role. Relentless ability to dial, making 100+ calls a day. All Warm Leads - No Cold Calling!
- 1 - 3 Years Sales Experience (B2B is a plus)
- You possess the hustle factor - a relentless approach to dialing
- You have a verifiable track record of meeting/exceeding quotas and success in a quota and goal driven environment.
- You’re great at building rapport, friendly, outgoing and enjoy meeting new people.
- You’re all about solving real problems, not just “pitching.”
- You're able to think on your feet and have a solution mindset
- You are open to feedback and coaching.
- You possess strong organizational and time management skills.
- You’re a good listener who can probe and clarify to get a real sense of customer's needs.
