The Agency Partnerships and Corporate Development Manager will be a part of the business development team to help incrementally grow Hawke Media.

As we continue to grow, our unique approach to corporate development will be a critical driver of this growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify Agency Partners and Acquisition Targets 
• Negotiate and close deals with potential acquisitions 
• Manage the integration of these acquisitions into the Hawke Media organization
• Prospect potential targets
• Build relationships in the industry with many agencies so that we can identify potential at the right time
• Help expand our acquisition model to continue to use this initiative as a way to profitably grow Hawke Media
• Once a deal is made, make sure the integration of team, clients and process happens as seamlessly as possible

Skills & Experience

• 5 years+ agency partnerships or leadership experience 
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred by not required 
• A robust understanding of how marketing agencies operate
• Ability to read an income statement and balance sheet
• An understanding of personnel dynamics
• A negotiating and deal making mindset
•  Excel, Quickbooks, Hubspot
• There will most likely be travel in the long term, but early on most deals will be done locally.
