What you’ll get to do:
- Work closely with sales representatives and operations to develop an acquisition and expansion strategy for your book of business, which will consist of both new and existing clients.
- Construct a business plan for your book of business to build a partnership strategy, manage your pipeline and exceed targets.
- Serve as a product expert by educating clients and ad partners on our product suite.
- Manage projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration (internally and externally).
What success looks like in this role:
- 3+ years of selling experience at a B2B organization in a client-facing role (Sales, Customer Success, Account Management)
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly frame a value proposition, probe for objections, remove obstacles, and eliminate barriers to gain commitment
- Challenge the status quo when logic and reason require it. See something broken? Fix it
- Self-starter attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous team environment
- Extraordinary listening, verbal, and written skills; you'll be using your client-facing vantage point to identify and contribute best practices for customer success and the business
- Strong work ethic, sense of urgency and accountability
- Familiarity using modern CRM and marketing automation software
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred but not required
