Account Manager
The Company –
LeapTheory is a fast-growing marketing technology start up in the financial services industry. We are currently looking for account managers to help take our grow our customer acquisition and support team.
ThePosition –
As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for on boarding and nurturing existing client relationships. Primary duties would include -
•Overseeing, managing and cultivating existing relationships with our current partners
• Recruiting new clients and business
• Analyzing and understanding traffic and buying patterns to identify areas for improvement both internally and network-wide
• Work closely with our legal and compliance department to ensure industry leading conformity with compliance best practices across our network and marketing
• Acting as the direct contact for accounts, and serving as a lead to nurture, optimize and grow their campaigns
• Examine the competitive landscape and provide recommendations to improve competitiveness company-wide
• Work closely with the executive team to execute the company vision and provide input around your own vision
The Location –
Our ocean view office is located in the charming San Vicente neighborhood in Brentwood, Los Angeles.
Requirements –
• 0-3 years experience in account management, affiliate management or sales is a plus
• Experience with customer support is a plus
• Experience in a financial industry is a plus
• The ability to think on your feet, negotiate under pressure and an ability to think of out of the box solutions when necessary
• Ability to multi-task with multiple initiatives at once
• We do not believe in micro management so a self-starter attitude is a requirement
• Have a bachelors degree or higher is preferred but not required
• A serious attitude when it comes to compliance and legal issues
• Strong oral and written communication skills
