Account Manager
Responsibilities:
Relationship development and management with key personnel at Learnosity client accounts
Use performance, usage and other data to drive feature adoption, usage and client retention
Develop and administer up to date user training for clients on the latest features and releases
Provide consultative and strategic marketing guidelines to help clients achieve their product goals
Work with marketing to develop account based marketing campaigns, strategies and execution to achieve goals
Work with sales and marketing executives to onboard new clients and develop retain and grow these relationships
Partner with Product team to consistently seek and provide client feedback to help update the product roadmap
Work cross functionality with internal teams to ensure billing is achieved on time and in full
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 - 3 years of sales or account management experience in a SAAS based software company
Knowledge of and/or experience with executing account-based marketing campaigns is beneficial
Very strong analytical and reporting skills
Knowledge of the latest trends associated with education technology
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms such as Salesforce and Pardot
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Extremely organized and experienced in managing/prioritizing a high volume of tasks
You are collaborative and work cross-functionally with a host of different teams
Adaptive to change and the ability to learn quickly
Willing to travel to meet with clients
