SteelHouse is an AdTech company seeking an Account Executive to expand its increasingly large footprint in the marketplace. The culture we thrive on is focused on attracting diverse, loyal and responsible team members who have an appetite for success and growth of their digital selling careers.

The ideal candidate for our hunter role is a self starter who can create and manage a large book of business, identify market trends to seek out advertisers in expanding segments, prospect and close new business. It’s imperative the candidate demonstrates AdTech industry knowledge and is comfortable with an ever advancing product and company. 

You will:

  • Generate a high volume of sales related activity including cold calls, meetings, presentations, and proposals – all while consistently meeting or exceeding revenue quota
  • Cultivate relationships with advertisers, gain deep insight into their business, and provide solutions to their marketing and advertising goals
  • Collaborate with our Customer Success team to maintain billable revenue
  • Become a subject matter expert on the industry, the competitive landscape, and hone your ability to effectively penetrate enterprise accounts 
  • Hit ambitious outreach KPIs
  • Give open and honest feedback as to how we can improve as a team

You have:

  • 3-4 years of inside sales experience in the SAAS industry
  • 1-2 years of AdTech industry experience preferable and possesses a knowledge of our market competitors
  • A proven track record of closing enterprise brands and exceeding month over month quota expectations
  • Strength in your ability to communicate value both on the phone and in email 
  • The ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams, while autonomously managing your own book of business
  • Experience using SalesForce CRM
