With business going well, we’re looking to fill multiple roles in City of Industry, CA. Our next hires will genuinely help to shape the company’s culture. You’ll be working alongside the founders to help pioneer a bright future for our company.

We are seeking a strong Account Executive that has strong SaaS sales experience. Being on the ground floor of the team, you'll have the opportunity to grow with the company, having autonomy and large responsibility from the start.

What you'll do:

  • Spearhead the growth & adoption of WorkClout.
     
  • You'll be leading sales and working very close to our CEO. 
     
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial conversion.
     
  • Uncover new opportunities from our existing customers and target accounts.
     
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on sales and revenue performance by actively managing your pipeline of opportunities and weekly sales forecasts.
     
  • Leverage and coordinate cross-functional internal teams (Legal, Engineering, Security, Marketing, Product) to efficiently navigate complex sales cycles.
     
  • Engage in team development and mentoring.
     
  • Lead compelling presentations of WorkClout's product and vision to a broad range of audiences from c-level executives to individual contributors.
     
  • Pursue and increase knowledge of key competitors to ensure that our value proposition is effectively communicated to customers.
     
  • Manage and maintain accurate leads, opportunities, and account information within Hubspot or use a tool of your choice. 
     

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in a closing role at a SaaS provider, with a record of top performance.
     
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
     
  • Experience using a consultative, solution-based or challenger sales methodology desired.
     
  • Ability to thrive in a constantly changing and evolving work environment.
     
  • Unwavering drive to be successful and constantly develop your career.
     
  • Intellectual curiosity and high ambition.
     
  • Proven ability to develop and manage pipeline and forecasting.
     
  • Can grasp product knowledge and be product orientated when selling. 
     
  • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues.
     
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.

Job Type: Full-time. You'll get a base salary ranging from $50k - 70K + commission.
