At Engineer.ai, you will be at the forefront of cutting AI technology that is disrupting a combined $800 billion (and growing) industry for software build and operate services, selling into both the B2C and B2B markets.

The Account Executive (AE) will be a strong analytical thinker who thrives in fast-paced dynamic environments, has a strong technical interest, and an entrepreneurial spirit. The AE should be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute a strategic plan with aggressive revenue targets. The ideal candidate will be a hunter, an outside of the box thinker, as well as a leader with a team first mentality.

Responsibilities

* Develop in-depth knowledge of our entire product suite and effectively sell to clients through initial phone conversations and product demonstrations

* Align Engineer.ai’s solutions with the customer’s strategic objectives

* Create a detailed business plan to facilitate and measure the attainment of goals and quotas

* Manage and drive multiple concurrent sales cycles

* Qualify leads from both house-generated, inbound sales leads and your own efforts

* Accurately and consistently forecast sales bookings. Responsible for consistent, clean pipeline data within CRM and regularly exceeding sales quotas

* Report weekly progress or lack of progress on targets with direct report and provide proactive resolutions to follow

* Represent Engineer.ai at industry conferences

* Develop thought leadership by researching companies, industries and trends

* Provide professional after-sales support and problem-solving to enhance the customers’ satisfaction with service and Engineer.ai

Requirements

* 5+ years of technology related sales or business development experience

* 3+ years of experience selling software or cloud solutions to the Fortune 1000

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment requiring strong initiative, creativity, collaboration, and passion

* Excellent and confident interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to portray a strong professional image

* A self-starter who can effectively work within a strong team culture while being independent in managing his/her business

* A hunter sales mentality, excellent prospecting skills

* BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required

Preferred Qualifications

* Knowledge of Cloud Technology and Software Development Coding

* A technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS a plus

* Strong computer skills, including CRMs
