We are expanding our cornerstone B2B wholesale team in Los Angeles. We are seeking driven Account Executives who want to establish and advance their career in the competitive, high-reward Cannabis industry.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop and execute on cold calling (~60/day) and email campaign strategies
• Follow a specific sales process and develop a strong pipeline for ongoing growth
• Meet weekly and monthly goals to ensure company revenue objectives are met
• Complete advanced sales and Hemper Product certifications
• Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Hemper technology, industry trends, and competition

What it Takes to be Successful

• Passion for sales and possess a high level of integrity
• Strong communication and listening skills, with a positive approach
• Self-starter and hardworking, and drive for achievement
• Sales training, pre-call planning, or Hubspot CRM software experience is a plus
