What we are looking for…

A highly organized and motivated Account Executive, PropCo that will work alongside the Director of Real Estate and across the company more broadly to bring acquired assets online and into the AvantStay portfolio and ensure the successful launch of the PropCo initiative. This person will be responsible for overseeing each home being onboarded for their portfolio of investors, maintaining extensive knowledge of the day to day and inner workings of the homes. The Account Executive will also manage the streamlining of strategic initiatives and overseeing cross-functional collaboration, communication and prioritization with clear identification of resources, dependencies, risks and milestones. The ideal candidate is extremely detail oriented with a passion for working cross-functionally to close new business initiatives.

What you’ll do…

• Lead target assets through the AvantStay acquisition process, and post acquisition through the integration process.
• Oversee all aspects of the transaction, including project kick offs, construction timelines, project management.
• Drive alignment cross-functionally for new assets acquired with other AvantStay teams - including brokerage, design, onboarding, finance and operations - in line with PropCo goals, vision and mission.
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner. 
• Present data from the teams on check in calls with assigned investors, communicating project status to senior management.
• Proactively oversee and evaluate project activities, build contingency plans, and execute corrective action on a timely basis to mitigate risks and avoid delays in asset go-live.
• Manage upwards of 10 transactions at one time.
• Build infrastructure to scale from single assets to several dozen simultaneously, leveraging technology to support processes. 

What you’ll bring…

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Management, Operations or another related field. MBA a plus 
• 4+ years of direct project management experience
• Proven project management skills to organize and manage time-sensitive, multi-faceted projects
• Experience building trust and nurturing relationships across all organizational departments
• Proven success tracking, prioritizing and driving multiple concurrent projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive in highly ambiguous and complex environments 
• Focused, hard-working and willing to do what it takes for us to reach the next stage.
• Ability to work within tight deadlines
• A perfectionist, attentive to all the details
• Experience in real estate, hospitality and/or tech is a plus
