Job Description:

Provide sales support and outstanding service to independent sales representatives and promotional products distributors.

Responsibilities include:

Order Processing & Management
Process all orders from intake to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Work closely with the sales team to transition quotes into accurate orders.
Answer order-related questions via phone and email, providing timely and accurate support.
Set up trucks for large orders and coordinate logistics to meet deadlines.
CC's MLR in all large orders to keep reps informed of sales in their territory
Daily checks of sales batches to ensure orders are up to date- adding notes and following up with customers for payment and confirmation

Some image retouching, cleanup, modifications, and other basic graphic design work.

Sales & Customer Support
Assist sales by answering customer phone calls and inquiries as needed.
Support account managers and sales managers with order-related tasks.

System & Data Management
Help keep the SAGE, ESP, and DC portals up to date, ensuring accurate product and pricing information.
Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are current
Assist with artwork configuration, ensuring proper file formats and approvals before production.
Distribute promotional emails to the team when the Promotional Sales Manager is unavailable to ensure consistent communication with distributors.

Event & Trade Show Support
Occasional travel to promotional events to assist with sales presentations.
Support trade show logistics and on-site order processing when necessary.

Specific Skills Required:

The ideal candidate will have great communication, organizational, and customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced office environment.

1-3 years’ experience in the promotional products industry or have solid business-to-business customer service or sales experience is preferred.

Ability to work well collaboratively with a team of salespeople and production artists.

Proficiency in current versions of Google Suite, Word, and Excel.

It is preferable, though not required, that the candidate have basic skills in Adobe Photoshop and accounting software similar to Microsoft GP/Salespad.

Highly proficient in both written and spoken English.

Reports to: Promotional Sales Manager

Location:Moorpark, CA 93021

Hours: 7:30 AM-4 PM Monday-Friday

Salary: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour (DOE) + override commission on department sales

Employee Type:Full Time, Non-exempt, Hourly

Benefits: Picnic Time offers a company-subsidized health plan, 401K plan, paid holidays, and vacation time subject to eligibility requirements.
