Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Field sales/technical support/part sales calls
  • Support sales representatives and managers
  • Create and adjust quotes
  • Send quotes to customers and follow up on the status of quotes
  • Process quotes into sales orders
  • Gather all required data, including purchase orders and data forms
  • Coordinate all shipments and follow up with customers with shipping information
  • Prepare/ship out sales documentation to customers
  • Run reports per manager’s request
  • File all documents/clean out old documents in file cabinets and electronic filing system
  • Close old jobs in SAP
  • Monitor inventory of all product data sheets and regulate orders as necessary

WHAT WE LIKE ABOUT YOU

  • 0-2 years of experience
  • Strong administration skills
  • Able to allocate time properly and effectively
  • Able to acquire, evaluate, interpret, and organize information
  • Good communication skills to interact with team members and customers
  • Able to perform a variety of tasks
  • Reflect a certain degree of creativity and latitude for problem solving and decision making
  • SAP a plus
