Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Field sales/technical support/part sales calls
- Support sales representatives and managers
- Create and adjust quotes
- Send quotes to customers and follow up on the status of quotes
- Process quotes into sales orders
- Gather all required data, including purchase orders and data forms
- Coordinate all shipments and follow up with customers with shipping information
- Prepare/ship out sales documentation to customers
- Run reports per manager’s request
- File all documents/clean out old documents in file cabinets and electronic filing system
- Close old jobs in SAP
- Monitor inventory of all product data sheets and regulate orders as necessary
WHAT WE LIKE ABOUT YOU
- 0-2 years of experience
- Strong administration skills
- Able to allocate time properly and effectively
- Able to acquire, evaluate, interpret, and organize information
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and customers
- Able to perform a variety of tasks
- Reflect a certain degree of creativity and latitude for problem solving and decision making
- SAP a plus
