Position Overview: 
The Sales Support Representative is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. You will be responsible for qualifying and keeping track of incoming leads, using our internal CRM System. This individual will act as a brand ambassador, representing the company and answering all the questions flowing from the chats, calls, voicemails, website, emails, etc. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills.
Responsibilities: 

  • Work with Lead Distributor Supervisor and Account Executives to ensure leads are evaluated according to qualification criteria.
  • Follow procedures and guidelines to properly qualify, assign, and distribute incoming leads.
  • Provide support to Account Executives and respond to customer and prospect queries.
  • Calling on open leads to qualify if they are still interested.
  • Stay up to date with new products and feature launches and ensure the sales team is on board.
  • Work within the internal CRM to ensure customer updates in the system.
  • Maintain regular contact with prospective customers/leads/accounts.
  • Learn the product to become a product expert.
  • Learn the CRM system and become a CRM system expert.

Experience Required: 

  • 3+ years' experience as a sales support specialist or sales support associate
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Expert data entry skills specializing in accuracy.
  • Proficient in multitasking and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills 
  • Hands on experience with CRM systems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive, and basic Office programs.
  • Self-motivated individual, strong work ethic, optimistic disposition, team player.
  • Typing speed between 60-70 wpm.
