Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Support Manager to oversee and support the Sales Support and Diagnostic teams while driving strategic initiatives across sales operations, product research, reporting, and internal lead generation.
This role combines sales operations leadership, project management, product research, and advanced reporting capabilities to ensure operational excellence and data-driven decision-making. The Sales Support Manager will be responsible for optimizing processes, overseeing internal lead generation (Gaps in Care), assisting with payer target reporting across territories, and leveraging CRM and business intelligence tools to build dashboards and actionable insights.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and project management experience, an analytical mindset, technical proficiency in reporting platforms, and a passion for fostering cross-departmental collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Performance Management:
- Supervise and provide leadership to both the Sales Support and Diagnostic teams,ensuring optimal performance, accountability, and professional development.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between both teams and senior management, providing regular updates and performance insights.
- Support departmental goal attainment through data analysis, trend identification, and implementation of process improvements.
- Foster a collaborative environment that promotes communication, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Provide coverage and operational support for Respiratory Account Executives (RAEs) as needed.
Sales Support & Diagnostic Operations Management:
- Oversee documentation processes to ensure timely and accurate logging, retrieval, and compliance with industry standards.
- Track and monitor conversion rates across sales and diagnostic initiatives to ensure alignment with revenue and growth objectives.
- Collaborate with AR, Sales, and Operations teams to resolve workflow issues and improve departmental performance.
- Track OPO, CapOx, and other sales/diagnostic conversion metrics to enhance operational efficiency.
- Communicate directly with RAEs, physicians’ offices, referral sources, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination.
- Obtain and ensure completion of unbilled documentation required by the AR team to support timely billing.
Product Management & Research:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities aligned with SuperCare Health’s strategic growth initiatives.
- Evaluate potential product lines based on market demand, reimbursement viability, operational feasibility, and revenue impact.
- Collaborate with Sales, Clinical, Operations, and Leadership teams to assess product implementation readiness.
- Support onboarding and rollout of newly approved products, including workflow integration and sales enablement coordination.
Project Management:
- Lead and support cross-functional projects related to sales operations, reporting enhancements, workflow optimization, and new product launches.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and accountability structures to ensure successful implementation.
- Coordinate stakeholders across departments to drive timely execution and measurable outcomes.
- Monitor project performance and provide executive-level updates on progress, risks, and impact.
Payer Target Reporting & Territory Support:
- Assist in reporting and tracking payer-specific targets across designated territories.
- Develop territory-level performance insights to support sales strategy and market penetration.
- Partner with leadership to analyze reimbursement trends and payer performance data.
- Provide actionable insights to RAEs and management to optimize territory performance and payer alignment.
Internal Lead Generation Oversight (Gaps in Care):
- Oversee the internal lead generation process, including identification, tracking, and reporting of Gaps in Care opportunities.
- Ensure proper routing and follow-up of internal leads to the appropriate sales representatives.
- Monitor conversion rates and performance of internally generated leads.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance the Gaps in Care workflow to improve efficiency and revenue capture.
Reporting, Analytics & Technology:
- Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and performance reporting using CRM systems, Power BI, Tableau, and AI-driven tools.
- Build and optimize automated reporting systems to improve visibility into KPIs across Sales Support and Diagnostic teams.
- Leverage data analytics and AI tools to identify trends, forecast performance, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Ensure CRM data integrity, standardization, and reporting accuracy.
- Support dashboard build-out initiatives that provide real-time insights to leadership and field sales teams.
- Conduct market, referral, and performance trend analysis to guide decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated project management experience, including cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience with product research, evaluation, and operational rollout.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Advanced proficiency with CRM systems, Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Office Suite and AI-driven reporting tools.
- Experience building dashboards and automating reporting workflows.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of durable medical equipment, respiratory products, or the healthcare industry (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
