Vince is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven, luxury-minded Sales Supervisor who leads with selling and elevates every client interaction. You bring energy, expertise, and a deep passion for the Vince brand.

You are a top performer who consistently exceeds sales goals, owns your client book, and understands how to turn every client interaction into a meaningful selling opportunity. You will set the tone for the store by demonstrating strong selling behaviors, luxury service standards, and a high level of product knowledge. 

 

Compensation:

Range for this role is $xx-xx/hr plus eligibility for sales-based incentive programs

What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations
  • Building a deep understanding of our fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent and use it as a selling tool to inspire confident purchasing decisions
  • Cultivate and grow a robust client book through proactive outreach (SMS, email, personalized follow-up, and referrals) to generate repeat business and deepen client loyalty
  • Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic. Turning standard styling conversations into meaningful, brand-focused interactions that drive sales
  • Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement, strategic wardrobing, and a genuine consultative selling approach
  • Model best-in-class selling and clienteling behaviors on the floor to inspire and elevate the rest of the team
  • Support store operation as needed including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards to maintain an environment that reflects the Vince luxury experience
  • Uphold all company policies, including loss prevention and operational procedures

What You'll Bring: 

  • Proven success in a retail sales environment, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
  • Strong selling instincts. You know how to understand the client, create openness, build rapport, and close a sale without pressure
  • Deep understanding of the Vince brand identity and the ability to confidently connect clients to the Vince aesthetic through personalized styling
  • Strong communication and relationship building that naturally build trust and long-term client loyalty
  • Brings positive, motivating energy and contributes to a collaborative, high-performing team environment
  • A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset. You are proactive about generating business rather than relying on walk-in traffic 

Qualifications/Experience We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills allowing for effective communication with your customers
  • Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
  • Able to climb ladders and stairs; bend, reach, lift, move, and carry boxes weighing up to 35 pounds while merchandising and maintaining the sales floor
  • Flexible work schedule; must be open to work weekends, evenings, events, and holidays
