You will serve as Belkin’s frontline ambassador in your market while also guiding a regional team to deliver best-in-class merchandising, training, and activation across key accounts.

What You’ll Do

Territory Ownership & Retail Execution

  • Lead territory strategy by identifying high-value opportunities and optimizing store coverage across all retail partners.
  • Become the go-to Belkin expert across your territory, building strong, trusted relationships with retail partners.
  • Drive sell-through performance by supporting stores, identifying opportunities, and empowering teams to grow.
  • Ensure every store reflects Belkin’s brand standards through impeccable merchandising compliance.
  • Deliver high-impact product and sales training that builds confidence, excitement, and product knowledge.
  • Monitor and validate marketing initiatives, promotions, and brand activations.
  • Stay connected to store needs, feedback, competitive activity, and market trends—providing insights that help shape strategy.
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development sessions, and hands-on workshops that sharpen your skills.
  • Support retailer and consumer-facing events, showcasing Belkin’s innovation and leadership.
  • Travel approximately 60–70% of the month, including national travel based on business needs.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and coach a team of field sales/marketing managers to exceed sales, merchandising, and execution goals.
  • Define team structure, including optimal representative coverage by region and account.
  • Manage team scheduling, workload distribution, and performance reviews.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations and coordination across Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Product teams.

Training & Enablement

  • Deliver high-impact product, sales, and merchandising training to both internal teams and retail partners.
  • Develop customized training materials tailored to key accounts to strengthen partner knowledge and confidence.
  • Ensure consistent, engaging messaging across the field organization.

Sales Strategy, Programs & New Product Launches

  • Partner with sales leadership to develop and execute field strategies that drive revenue, attach rates, and share growth.
  • Oversee flawless execution of new product introductions (NPI), including merchandising, training, and activation planning.
  • Support account-specific priorities and help internal teams align on execution needs.

Reporting & KPIs

  • Track and report on key performance indicators including sell-through, execution compliance, training impact, and ROI on field programs.
  • Present insights and recommendations to improve performance and optimize field deployment.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field).
  • 3+ years of retail or field sales experience; consumer electronics strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building abilities.
  • A self-starter mindset—organized, accountable, and ready to own your territory and team.
  • Comfort with frequent travel (80-90%) and a dynamic schedule.
  • Proficiency with CRM, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Leadership & Coaching: Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop distributed field teams.
  • Sales & Account Management: Experienced in driving sell-through and managing retail programs.
  • Execution Excellence: Strong project management, attention to detail, and ability to deliver flawless in-store activation.
  • Decision Making: Ability to analyze data quickly and make informed decisions.
  • Product Knowledge: Ability to position products effectively against competitors.
  • Problem Solving: Anticipates challenges and develops creative, actionable solutions.
  • Communication: Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Training Expertise: Ability to design and deliver high-impact training for internal and external partners.

Range for this position:

$60,000 - $75,000

Factors such as geographic location, academic credentials, relevant experience, and specific knowledge, skills and abilities will influence the actual salary offered. In addition to a competitive market-based salary, compensation also includes a performance-based bonus, and in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
