The Sales Strategy & Enablement Senior Analyst is a critical thinker, problem solver, and project manager with advanced data analysis skills, responsible for identifying and implementing improvements that benefit internal teams and, ultimately, enhance the effectiveness of both Sales and PM teams.
The Sales Strategy & Enablement Senior Analyst partners closely with Support Team leaders and other stakeholders to identify gaps and inefficiencies, leveraging data from Salesforce and other sources to deliver actionable analysis and recommend and deliver effective solutions. This role independently manages medium- to high-complexity projects, overseeing planning, execution, and completion while ensuring timelines, budgets, and scope requirements are met. Additionally, the ideal candidate would have a strong executive presence; the ability to successfully build and deliver executive-level presentations and facilitate sessions across various levels of leadership and stakeholder groups.
What You'll Do
  • Support leadership with ad-hoc data analysis to inform strategic and operational decisions and formalize recommendations back to the business.
  • Facilitate key stakeholder meetings and identify core needs of the team, following up appropriately.
  • Work with stakeholders to establish core KPI metrics within emerging processes and track adherence to them.
  • Analyze complex processes to address gaps and inefficiencies to establish and roll out enhancements.
  • Provides thought guidance and leads projects to gather data for needs analysis, to support decision-making and to develop business-focused insights. Develop reports, presentations and recommendations for team and management consumption.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and other business partners to identify, track, prioritize and manage business challenges and pain points within Salesforce tools and processes.
  • Develop and utilize engagement model across stakeholders, project team and all other business or boundary partner teams, as needed - including, but limited to, regular project meetings, tracking and broadcasting of progress and risks, escalation paths, etc.
  • Break down project into tasks and deliverables required to successfully meet goals and stakeholder expectations; works with project team to define, sequence and estimate activities and duration.
  • Build executive level presentations; present to executives, and drive and participate in project decisioning and influence decisions leveraging project knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with team members delivering assigned aspects of project and analyses; facilitate progress of projects by executing with a sense of urgency and holding others accountable for their action items; escalate to leadership as needed.
  • Facilitate key stakeholder meetings and identify core needs of the team, following up appropriately.
  • Work independently and able to create clarity in vague situations.
  • Facilitate meetings with conflicting opinions, ensuring productive discussions and outcomes even in demanding environments.

Who You Are
Minimum:
  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline and 4 years' experience leading projects and/or strategy in a sales/sales operations environment. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 2 years' experience; a Ph.D. and u[ to 1 year of experience; or 8 years' experience in a related field.
  • Proven ability to use critical thinking to address and resolve business problems.
  • Technical Skills: Outstanding analytical skills and a high degree of intellectual curiosity who can help connect dots.
  • Advanced proficiency analyzing data and creating Pivot tables and charts in Excel.
  • Ability to think broadly across multiple business lines.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and deliver presentations to executives through PowerPoint.
  • Experience in operating in a support capacity in a high functioning sales and/or operations environment.
  • Project Methodologies: Thorough understanding of program management techniques and methods.
  • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain positive working relationships with others, both internally and externally.
  • Communicate Effectively: Good listener with outstanding interpersonal qualities and a natural, effective consultative style who can present their views in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Creativity/Innovation: Develop new and unique ways to improve operations of the organization and to create new opportunities.
  • Focus on Client Needs: Anticipate, understand, and respond to the needs of internal and external clients to exceed expectations.

  • Systems: Fluent in Salesforce, ticketing data, standard Microsoft 365 platform including Smartsheet. Advanced Excel skills and PowerPoint skills are required. Experience using AI tools to gain efficiency is desired.
  • Influence: Ability to operate and work across functional groups in a matrixed organization and influence change.
  • Work Ethic: Must be willing and able to "roll up the sleeves".
  • Requires physical ability and mental acuity to execute the duties of the position successfully within required timeframes to meet business requirements.

Preferred:
  • Knowledge of existing CAI (Cox Automotive) sales processes is a plus.

USD 79,400.00 - 119,000.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $79,400.00 - $119,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
Benefits:
The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
