We are seeking a Strategic Sales Sourcer with a proven history of building elite, high-quality sales talent pipelines specifically within the competitive Medical Device and acute care industry. Reporting directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition, this critical role is central to scaling our commercial organization. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for proactive, strategic outbound sourcing and will be expected to utilize traditional and innovative methods to identify and engage specialized talent. This role offers a significant opportunity to lead strategic sourcing initiatives, drive top-of-funnel activation, and directly partner with Senior Recruiters to execute our Talent Nurture Program, ultimately building a sustainable pipeline of immediate and opportunistic commercial talent.


Core Responsibilities  
  • Strategic Pipeline Development: Proactively design, map, and execute sustained talent pipeline strategies for critical, niche Sales roles (e.g., Territory Managers, Clinical Account Managers, Regional Directors) within the Medical Device and Healthcare sectors.
  • Expert Sourcing & Engagement: Source high-quality sales talent through multiple platforms, focusing intensely on strategic outbound engagement rather than relying on inbound applications.
  • Market Intelligence: Act as a market expert by collaborating with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to share competitive intelligence and operationalize innovative, data-driven sourcing strategies.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain, manage, and report on the health and diversity of specialized candidate pipelines, ensuring all Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards are consistently met.
  • Candidate Experience: Build and maintain deep relationships with prospective candidates, ensuring a stellar and positive candidate experience throughout the entire process.
  • ATS Management: Administer and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse), ensuring accurate data integrity, robust reporting, and full utilization of sourcing tools.
  • Recruitment Support: Support the full-cycle team by assisting with the coordination and scheduling of interviews and other administrative tasks as necessary.

Requirements/Qualifications
  • 5+ years of dedicated, high-volume sourcing experience, with a mandatory focus on building talent pipelines for specialized Sales roles (Hunter/Quota-carrying roles).
  • Expertise in Medical Device Sales Sourcing is required: Proven track record recruiting high-quality talent specifically within the Medical Technology/Healthcare industry is non-negotiable.
  • Advanced proficiency in Greenhouse (or equivalent enterprise-level Applicant Tracking System) management, data hygiene, and optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop proactive, long-term talent acquisition plans.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to engage and build rapport with senior-level sales professionals.

Compensation range: 

SF Bay salary range: $122k - $135k
National salary range: $100k - $110k
Compensation Range
$100,000$135,000 USD

A candidate’s final salary offer will be based on their skills, education, work location and experience, and thus it may differ from the posted range. Compensation may also include bonuses consistent with Ceribell’s corporate compensation plan.
