Description

As a Sales & Revenue Operations Specialist, you’ll split your time between supporting our clients and helping our go-to-market teams maintain operational excellence. This is a unique hybrid role for someone early in their career who wants exposure to both customer success and revenue operations.

Key Responsibilities: 

Client Success (70%) 

  •  Serve as a primary point of contact for client questions and requests, ensuring prompt and professional responses. 
  • Triage and route inquiries to the appropriate internal team or point of contact. 
  • Assist with client account renewals by preparing materials, tracking timelines, and coordinating with Sales. 
  • Partner closely with Sales to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment with business goals. 

 Revenue Operations (30%) 

  •  Support data hygiene and process accuracy within Salesforce, DealHub, and other sales tools. 
  • Help maintain clean and up-to-date CRM records, including accounts, opportunities, and renewals. 
  • Assist with pipeline management, reporting, and tooling improvements to help Sales and CS teams operate efficiently. 
  • Collaborate with the Rev Ops team to identify and implement process improvements. 

Required Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in a client-facing or operational support role  
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented approach. 
  • Detail-oriented with a knack for organizing information and improving workflows. 
  • Comfort working with tools like Salesforce (required) and DealHub (a plus). 
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment. 
  • Based in the U.S., with eligibility to work without sponsorship
