Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Present and demonstrate products/services to prospective clients.
• Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve company goals.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Products
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• 0-5 years of experience in the IT industry, particularly with Microsoft products, is required
• Must have a valid Driving License
