Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales of hearing aids and accessories
  • Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations
  • Provide product recommendations
  • Teach customers how to use and maintain their devices
  • Deliver a superior customer experience, every time

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, CRM, and POS Systems

What We Offer:

  • $100,000-$150,000 earning potential
  • Miracle-Ear provides an average base pay of (65K) during training while we help you obtain your license
  • Industry leading uncapped commission potential
  • Work-life balance, standard business hours of 8:30am-5:00pm
