We are looking for a Sales Representative who is motivated, confident and comfortable building relationships with customers. This role focuses on understanding client needs, presenting solutions and helping drive consistent sales growth for the company.

Responsibilities
    •    Reach out to new and existing customers to discuss products or services
    •    Build and maintain strong relationships through regular communication
    •    Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
    •    Present product information clearly and answer customer questions
    •    Follow up on leads and track opportunities through the sales process
    •    Prepare quotes, proposals and sales orders
    •    Meet sales goals and work with the team to develop strategies
    •    Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in the CRM system
    •    Attend training sessions to stay informed about product updates
    •    Provide feedback from customers to help improve offerings

Qualifications
    •    Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is helpful
    •    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    •    Ability to negotiate and handle objections professionally
    •    Comfortable making calls and meeting with customers
    •    Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads
    •    Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach
    •    Basic understanding of CRM tools or willingness to learn
    •    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
