Sales Representatives engage current clients who are eligible for a special debt resolution loan option and help them see the value in the opportunity. You will be employed by our parent company Beyond Finance, but actively supporting Above Lending through your work.

This is a remote opportunity. We looking for agents that can work from 11:30am - 8:30pm Central Time.

About the role

  • There is no cold calling at Beyond Finance. Our clients are already enrolled in our program.
  • You’ll be expected to quickly build excitement and establish trust with clients over the phone
  • Gather information from clients and our systems to provide to lending agents
  • Transfer interested clients to lending agents for further assistance
  • Continuously support and contribute to our energetic team of business development enthusiasts
  • Base Pay with uncapped monthly commission

What we're looking for

  • Motivated individuals. At Least 2 of sales experience in Lending or other Financial Services Sales roles.
  • Sees challenges as opportunities. Sees objections as buying questions.
  • Strong written, verbal & oral communication skills
  • Sales experience preferred but not required
  • Customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Lending and/or Financial Services experience is a plus
