Job description:

We are seeking a results-driven Outside Sales Representative with a hunter mindset to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth. This role focuses on expanding our presence among telecommunications, wireless, and IoT manufacturers across India and Southeast Asia, with additional opportunities to cross-sell iCertifis full suite of services.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and acquire new business from mid to large-sized companies within the telecommunications, wireless, and IoT sectors, especially targeting manufacturers, importers, and distributors.
  • Cross-sell iCertifis additional services to existing and new clients, contributing to comprehensive client support and revenue growth.
  • Achieve defined quarterly sales goals and new client acquisition targets, with flexibility in specific goals as you and our team refine our strategies.
  • Represent iCertifi at industry events and meetings as required, occasionally traveling to meet clients and attend networking events.
  • Manage all sales activities through our CRM and sales enablement tools, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of outbound sales experience in the wireless, telecom, or IoT sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience in the TIC (Testing, Inspection, and Certification) or Conformity Assessment industry is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, showing high self-motivation and discipline.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

RequirementsRequired Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in outbound sales, ideally within the telecommunications, wireless, or IoT sectors
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the TIC (Testing, Inspection, and Certification) or Conformity Assessment industry is highly preferred
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets through new client acquisition and cross-selling
  • Independent Work Skills: Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities, with a focus on consultative selling
Educational Background
  • Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required
  • Postgraduate Degree: An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus
Preferred Skills
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proficiency in identifying, qualifying, and pursuing leads, particularly in international markets
  • Sales Tools: Experience with CRM systems and sales enablement tools for efficient lead management and tracking
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with wireless technologies and knowledge of the telecom sector
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are advantageous
