Job Title: Sales Representative – Europe - Commission-Based
Location: Remote

We’re seeking a driven, commission-only Sales Representative to grow our client base across Europe. You will be responsible for selling Translation and Interpretation services to hospitals, legal firms, government agencies, and corporations throughout the EU. 
This is a remote position — You can be located anywhere — as long as your sales efforts target European clients and institutions only and thus will require EU-hours. (09:00 – 17:00 Eastern) 
 

What You’ll Do: 
- Prospect and engage clients in European countries 
- Sell language solutions including certified translation, localization, and multilingual interpretation 
- Create tailored proposals for organizations operating across language borders 
- Report sales activity and progress to the CGO 
- Maintain up-to-date client data and progress tracking in CRM 

Commission Structure: 
- Competitive Commission Structure
- Commission of paid closes
- Additional bonuses for high-value contracts and/or new verticals

Requirements:
- Experience in B2B sales with European clients 
- Strong intercultural communication skills 
- Knowledge of EU procurement, multilingual environments, or public sector sales (a plus) 
- Results-driven and independent 
- Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
