Salary Range: $79,924-106,000

We are in an exciting part of our journey to grow and mature the Customer Success muscle at Trimble and are looking for a growth-minded leader who can coach and train a team through changes to deliver a positive renewal experience for our customers.

What You Will Do

The Manager of Renewals Engagement will be a leader who can work cross-functionally to achieve results and plays a key role in driving retention and revenue across the entire organization. This is a high-impact position responsible for ensuring maximum financial results by owning and executing renewals across your team.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Manage all aspects of the renewals process and a team of renewals specialists

  • Refine and execute renewal strategies to proactively engage our customers to increase retention and decrease churn

  • Responsible for managing a high volume in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Track, analyze, and report weekly on Renewal metrics across the organization

  • Communicate risk clearly and early to internal stakeholders and take the lead in developing resolution strategies

  • Actively engage with key decision-makers to ensure on-time renewal contracts

  • Proven leadership – coach, train, and lead a team through any change

  • Bring creative energy and innovation to the organization

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • 2-3 years of demonstrated success and experience managing in a SaaS organization

  • Strong understanding of renewal software processes, strategies, and concepts

  • An effective leader and delegator, being able to effectively prioritize your own activities as well as your team

  • Exceptional strategic, analytical, and decision-making skills

  • Excellent communication, presentation (written and oral), and organization skills are a must

  • Take a high degree of ownership over the workload

  • Demonstrable experience setting stretch goals and coaching a team to attain and retain top performance  

  • Ability to positively influence internal teams to drive customer success and retention

  • Positive, never fail attitude

  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Intermediate skills in DOMO, and Gainsight (preferred)
