Overview

We are currently seeking a National Hiring Manager who will play a critical role in hiring new Sales Representatives nationwide. We need an experience individual who will be able to conduct interviews and grow our sales teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of In-home Sales experience
  • 2+ years of recruiting and hiring experience
  • Ability to screen candidates during the interview process to ensure they are a good fit
  • Demonstrate knowledge of sales process
  • Must live in Texas (remote/hybrid role)

  • Full-time availability
  • Personable with exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • A self-starter that works well independently
  • Strong verbal communication skills and professional demeanor
