We’re looking for a Sales Planner on the West Coast to support our Sales team by developing strategic proposals, ensuring flawless campaign execution, and helping to grow client relationships. This is a critical pre- and post-sales role that blends attention to detail with creative problem-solving.

What You’ll Do 

  • Partner with Account Managers to develop compelling media plans and RFP responses that align with client objectives.
  • Craft accurate and visually polished proposals that showcase Perion’s unique multi-channel capabilities (CTV, DOOH, display, video, social, and search).
  • Anticipate campaign requirements, identify solutions across our tech stack, and ensure timely delivery of planning materials.
  • Manage the internal flow of campaign assets and documentation from pre-sale through launch.
  • Support campaign setup and booking processes to ensure timely and accurate execution.
  • Collaborate with Ops teams to verify campaign specs, inventory availability, and feasibility.
  • Serve as the operational backbone of the commercial team by maintaining sales documentation, pricing tools, and media kits.
  • Maintain strong cross-functional relationships with Sales, Product, and Marketing to bring the latest capabilities into client plans.
  • Assist with data entry and pipeline health in Salesforce and/or relevant sales systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure reporting accuracy and help prepare materials for client QBRs and wrap-up decks.
  • Identify and escalate issues proactively, supporting operational excellence at every stage of the campaign lifecycle.
  • Track pacing and delivery where applicable and provide ongoing support for renewals and upsells.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in sales planning, media strategy, or digital advertising operations.
  • Strong understanding of the digital media ecosystem, ideally with exposure to programmatic, CTV, or performance media.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills; able to juggle multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished, accurate work.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience with proposal systems, media planning platforms, and/or Salesforce a plus.
