The Sales Performance Manager is a key role that will support the North America Sales organization to drive our growth strategy. This role will partner with Sales leaders and the broader commercial organization, to help their teams achieve end to end commercial performance in line with Amex GBT’s objectives.
This is a highly collaborative role with regular interactions with internal partners and their respective teams. You will take charge of defining our Sales Performance Management approach, from driving the execution of the right performance metrics, to building and implementing efficient Programs that successfully optimize Amex GBT's ability to deliver results. You will be part of the Sales Team, reporting to the Vice President of Sales for Small Business and Mid Market in the US.
What You'll Do:

Analyze sales data, KPI’s and trends to identify areas for improvement

Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales performance and efficiency

Partner with the US sales leaders on to achieve goals and objectives

Handle pipeline discipline and sales forecast for small business and mid market segments

Supervise individual and team performance providing insights and recommendations
-
Push for action - implement standard processes and sales methodologies to improve conversion rates

Provide actionable recommendations to the sales leaders based on data analysis and industry trends
What We're Looking For:

Validated sales achievements, with 2+ years experience exceeding targets within the tech/SaaS industry.

Validated track-record of implementing sales performance plans based on analytical findings

Sophisticated proficiency in pipeline management, proposal management tools, sales enablement tools, and CRM tools.

High level of prospecting skills, able to build and prioritize a pipeline based on value, sales cycle, and win probability.

Results-oriented with a competitive, driven attitude and ability to adapt quickly to different situations.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to use appropriate communication methods to gain acceptance for products/services.
-
Tenacious networker capable of establishing, maintaining, and expanding business relationships, including cold contacts.

Sophisticated data and financial acumen with the ability to articulate into meaningful actions to support sales program.

Advanced user of MS Excel features, including pivot tables, formulas, queries and functions.

Familiarity with AI driven sales analytics and automation tools

Willingness to travel 25 - 50% of the time within the assigned territory and the ability to work remotely.
