The SPS Rep will work alongside our sales team to help develop new accounts for DocCafe. He or she will proactively generate new business, exceeding sales goals and offering exceptional client service. 

 Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to introduce DocCafe’s recruitment platform and uncover potential business opportunities
  • Identify decision-makers and schedule product demonstrations with qualified leads to showcase the platform’s capabilities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and follow-up after demos, driving opportunities through the sales pipeline
  • Continuously generate quality client leads using high volume calls, emails, and research 
  • Cultivate and maintain valuable relationships with prospective clients that result in new contracts
  • Strive for continuous improvement and career advancement. Generate leads through various channels, strategic planning and referrals

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree (direct industry experience can be substituted) 
  • 1 year experience in business development and/or customer relations preferred. 
  • Ability to think creatively and identify multiple paths to win new business. 
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written. 
  • Proven success in a metrics driven environment. 
  • Client centered mentality and passion for customer service. 
  • Ability to relate to a variety of people and sustain meaningful relationships. 
  • Strong motivation to achieve results and meet goals.        

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $28.85 to $33.65 hourly, which equates to $60,000 to $70,000 annually, plus commissions.

The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager’s discretion.
