As a Senior Sales Operations Specialist, you will drive and execute strategies that drive the effectiveness of our salesforce across key initiatives. You will lead the coordination and development of sales initiatives across cross-functional teams from strategy to execution. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the voice of sales and salesforce needs are considered and incorporated in the development and execution of the business and messaging plans. Your strengths include managing ambiguity while navigating evolving circumstances.

  • Has experience driving and participating in the business planning process, ensuring projects and initiatives are aligned to and achieving business goals while taking the lead on agenda setting, meeting coordination and follow-ups across the operation. 

  • Develops and coordinates sales messaging by working closely with key partners, including building out the message delivery approach, framework and delivery plans. 

  • Creates best in class execution plans, meeting materials and sales messaging plans that align with compliance and regulatory guidelines. 

  • Collaborate with key partners across Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product, I&A and other key business stakeholders, to synthesize information and enable effective decision-making, productivity and engagement. 

  • Brings a continuous improvement mindset to realize evolving operational effectiveness and efficiency. 

  • Possesses a strong foundation in financial principles and understanding of investment strategies at Capital Group. 

  • Has experience maintaining goal alignment, prioritizing multiple stakeholders, and overcoming objections. 

  • Ideally has knowledge of sales tools and resources including Salesforce.com, Americanfunds.com, Seismic etc. 

  • Must be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, be a self-starter and pro-active.

San Antonio Base Salary Range: $88,896-$142,234

Los Angeles Base Salary Range: $108,135-$173,016

Indianapolis Base Salary Range: $94,689-$151,502

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
