We are looking for a SELF-MOTIVATEDENERGETIC and MANDARIN BILINGUAL individual with 3-6 years relevant work experience to work across the business units.  Your primary responsibility is to provide sales support function essential to the overall productivity and effectiveness of the Global Sales team. Your day to day responsibility is to bridge the gap between Sales and other business units, track and analyze Global Sales team performance, and prepare and present sales related reports.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct operation and pricing support to Sales team.
  • Collaborate with Sales, and other departments across the company to handle data entry, manage workflow and maximize quote-to-order process efficiency. 
  • Maintains existing sales reports and designs new reports as needed. Participates in the evaluation, selection and implementation of a decision-support tool.
  • Evaluates third-party solutions for appropriate sales operations functions as needed.
  • Implement sales operations policies and procedures.
  • Liaise between Sales, Operations, Finance, and Project Management team on various projects and initiatives.
  • Coordinate and organize internal sales training and meeting. 

 

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years’ experience in Sales Operation or related fields.
  • Bilingual of Mandarin Chinese (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, I.T., or related fields.
  • Expert in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills along with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to details and aptitude in problem-solving.
  • Strong analytical skills and result driven competency.
  • Must be comfortable in working independently and making judgement calls under general supervision.
  • Ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment, while managing multiple priorities and managing deadlines with success.
