  • Ensure that sales teams have the data, processes, and AI-powered tools required to operate at their best.
  • Partner with Sales Management and Leadership to identify process gaps, breaking points, and opportunities for automation.
  • Leverage AI/Clari for revenue forecasting, pipeline inspection, and signal-driven insights to support executive decisions.
  • Deliver revenue intelligence dashboards that provide a clear and proactive picture of pipeline health, forecast risk, and performance trends.
  • Provide insights to optimize Incentive Compensation, Territory Planning, Quota Allocation, Pricing Deal Desk, and Sales Training.
  • Leverage AI and machine learning to build and optimize lead/account scoring models, pipeline forecasting, and next-best-action recommendations.
  • Integrate and analyze buyer intent and behavioral signals (from platforms like 6sense, ZoomInfo, Demandbase, product usage, Gong, and Clari) to identify opportunities and risks earlier in the sales cycle.
  • Provide trend reporting and predictive insights for the sales team, consistently finding opportunities for growth.
  • Support enablement by equipping sales teams with AI-driven content recommendations and coaching insights.
  • Maintain Salesforce data accuracy, enrich accounts/leads with third-party data, and ensure ongoing CRM optimization.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to create a unified RevOps operating system across the customer journey.
  • Prepare reporting and dashboards on pipeline, bookings, revenue, and retention that fuel executive decision-making.

The kind of skills and experience you’ll need

  • At least 6 years of relevant sales operations work experience.
  • 2–4 years of Salesforce Admin experience, with strong configuration and reporting expertise.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, deal desk practices and contracting.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with BI/reporting platforms (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Salesforce CRMA).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights in a simple and actionable way.

The extra stuff that would be nice

  • Experience with revenue automation platforms (LeanData, Workato, Tray.io).
  • Experience with CLM tools (DocuSign, Adobe, Ironclad).

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
