We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Manager to join our Go-to-Market (GTM) team. This role is critical to maintaining and enhancing the operational efficiency of our revenue-generating functions. The ideal candidate will serve as the Salesforce (SFDC) analyst, drive forecasting and reporting processes in collaboration with Finance, and lead project management for all GTM-related SFDC initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:SFDC Analytics & Operations
  • Serve as the primary analyst for Salesforce (SFDC) across GTM teams.
  • Review and maintain user roles, permissions, and data integrity; implement and maintain SFDC internal controls to ensure financial reporting accuracy and adherence to SOX.
  • Implement and optimize workflows, automations, dashboards, and reports.
  • Including Zapier, MixMax, 6sense, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Act as the first line of support for GTM-related SFDC issues and enhancements.
  • Create custom reports, dashboards, and metrics for GTM.
Finance Forecasting & Reporting
  • Own regular forecasting deliverables and reporting in support of Finance.
  • Analyze pipeline data and performance metrics to support business decisions.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports for cross-functional visibility.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Leadership to ensure accurate forecasting inputs.
GTM SFDC Project Management
  • Act as the project manager for all GTM-related SFDC initiatives.
  • Manage the ticketing process, including intake, prioritization, and delivery tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Finance) to gather requirements and coordinate execution.
  • Drive alignment between technical solutions and GTM.

  • Analytical Mindset: You’re comfortable working with data, building reports, and digging into metrics to uncover trends and support forecasting accuracy.
  • Project Management Skills: You can manage competing priorities, juggle multiple tickets, and keep cross-functional teams aligned and moving forward.
  • Business Acumen: You understand how Sales, Marketing, and Finance work together and are always looking for ways to improve efficiency and performance across the funnel.
  • Problem Solver: You’re proactive, resourceful, and love creating order out of chaos—especially when it comes to systems and processes.
  • Collaborative Approach: You communicate clearly, work well with diverse stakeholders, and thrive in a team-first environment.
  • Detail-Oriented Execution: Whether it's maintaining data integrity or refining workflows, you bring a high level of precision and care to everything you do.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce (SFDC) Administrator, including user management, workflow automation, and dashboard/report creation.
  • Hands-on experience administering DealHub or a similar CPQ tool.
  • Strong understanding of sales forecasting processes and pipeline analytics.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Nice to have: public company experience and/or exposure to SOX compliance in SFDC.

To comply with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location.

For full time hires, the base salary range for this position is between $89,000 - $105,000. Blend benefits and perks are described below.  

Final base pay offer amounts will vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to function, level, geographic location, job related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay will be adjusted for part-time roles to reflect scheduled hours.
