The Senior Deal Desk Analyst supports sales by managing SOWs, collaborating across teams, managing workflows, ensuring deal compliance, and maintaining data integrity in Salesforce.
The Senior Deal Desk Analyst is a key role within our sales organization, being a part of our high-performance crew that is supercharging our Statement of Work (SOW) and proposals. This high-impact position requires a detail-oriented, collaborative, and technically skilled individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Delivery, Legal, Finance, and Product teams to ensure deals are structured, documented, and executed with precision and compliance.
Key Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Actively engage in strategic proposals and SOWs to support the needs of the business.
- Reviewing open cases, finalizing SOWs, and handling escalations
- Collaborates with other analysts, Sales and Pre-sales to establish priorities based on forecasts.
- Stay up to date on standard language, processes, financial objectives, and terms.
- Develop SOWs and other corresponding documents by assembling information including project background, objectives/outcomes/deliverables, implementation methods, timelines, staffing, and
- Manage and prioritize activities and process workflow for proposals or
- Coordinate and collaborate with SMEs, NewRocket’s Delivery and Sales Management teams, Product development, Legal, and Deal Governance to establish, document and incorporate solution standards for contracting.
- Spot and communicate risks in proposals and contracts
- Coordinate and engage Sales, Finance and Legal for approvals for pricing, non-standard language and mitigating other contracting risks.
- Manage deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, and approval; entering and monitoring tracking data; and coordinating requirements with contributors.
