We are looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to support our growing Sales team and help keep sales processes organized and efficient. You will maintain CRM data, coordinate sales activities, prepare reports, track follow-ups, and work with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to keep opportunities moving through the pipeline.

This role is a strong fit for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with data, and interested in the operational side of B2B sales.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Support day-to-day operations of the Sales team

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, contacts, opportunities, and pipeline information

  • Coordinate sales meetings, follow-ups, and internal requests

  • Prepare recurring sales reports and pipeline updates

  • Track leads, opportunities, activities, and key sales metrics

  • Help ensure sales processes and documentation are followed consistently

  • Coordinate information between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other teams

  • Assist with lead assignment and sales data management

  • Support forecasting and pipeline reviews with accurate data

  • Identify gaps or inconsistencies in sales information and help resolve them

  • Maintain sales documentation, templates, and internal resources

  • Help improve sales processes and administrative workflows

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • 1+ year of experience in sales operations, sales coordination, business operations, administration, or a similar role

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and structured data

  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Proactive approach to follow-up and problem-solving

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

NICE TO HAVE
  • Experience working in B2B SaaS or technology

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or another CRM

  • Experience with sales reporting and pipeline management

  • Basic understanding of B2B sales processes

  • Familiarity with Jira, Asana, Notion, or similar tools

  • Experience working with sales or business analytics

  • Previous experience supporting a remote sales team

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

$55,000–$72,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
